CONSENT TO PROCESS (USE) PERSONAL INFORMATION IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT No 4 of 2013 by Sosha Debt Removal, their consultants and third parties with whom Sosha Debt Removal have a contractual relationship for assistance with the client's financial situation. This consent specifically includes the right to work with the clients account details as and when required to ensure payments are made or refunds paid. The consent includes the condition that my personal information shall be used and processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal information Act.
